Santosh Sreenivasan - CEO / Managing Director
Santosh Sreenivasan has a passion for building scalable operations and delivering enterprise solutions. Prior to Talentain, Santosh was Regional Director at Dell, established their enterprise R&D centre in Bangalore, and led its growth from zero to over 400 people. Santosh is a steering committee member of the High Performance Computing (HiPC) conference, and has a M.S. in Computer Science from Lehigh University, USA. He has worked extensively with enterprise servers, storage and systems management solutions..

Indranil Bhosale - Chief Operating Officer
Indranil brings more than 18 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on building & operating data-centers and enterprise infrasctructure. Prior to joining Talentain management team, he was responsible for the Services business at Apara Enterprise Solutions. He has also managed Global infrastructures for companies like Yahoo!, Adaptec, Computize and Schlumberger. Indranil has a proven track record of building and delivering services in the enterprise space.
